Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In particular, whilst the box can be opened, all sterile wrapped products must be in their original sealed wrapping, and all items must be in an unused condition.

To start a return, please just contact us at info@eivekits.co.uk and we'll be happy to help. If possible, please forward the original order email to start the return, otherwise please supply the order reference and your full name.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@eivekits.co.uk.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will also receive an automated email confirming your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to settle and process the refund too.
